Description
Holland Cattle and Sheep Ranch offer whole, half and quarter BEEF and whole and half LAMBS. We also offer a more space saving - of 10lb boxes of beef and 20lb boxes of beef. Other ranches offer buying a whole or portion of a beef charging customers by the carcass weight. We don't calculate carcass weight and then add the processing fee for a total cost. When selling our beef/lamb, we like to keep things SIMPLE. You are charged for the pounds of meat delivered/picked-up. Customers pay for the pounds of meat delivered...we handle the rest. Our cattle are processed at a USDA approved facility when they reach a weight of approximately 500-600lbs. This will translate into approximately 215-260lbs of process/packaged beef to go into your freezer.
