Description
Grown naturally with no chemicals or fertilizers, we have a complete lifecycle in producing our crops, starting with our Tilapia tanks. We have nearly 1,000 tilapia providing the nutrients in our aquaponic system that fuels the growth of our plants, and we have crops in all stages growing. Currently, we are growing lettuce, tomatoes, squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, basil, chives, oregano, rosemary, and sage. We expect to increase our production through 2011. Starting in February, we'll offer a CSA subscription plan.
