Flatwater Creamery is a small Farmsted Creamery in rural Nebraska! Come for a farm tour and see our big beautiful skies, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, clear nights with so many stars it is hard to imagine! While you are here we will teach you things about our heritage breeds of goats and explain health benefits and nutritional facts that you never thought possible! If you are wanting to learn about value added products and sustainable agriculture, then join us on an internship and have an experience that will last a lifetime!!!
