Our bison are 100% grass-fed with no steroids, antibiotics, or hormones and are raised in natural family units to reduce stress. Black Forest Bison free-range in pastures that are free from pesticides and fertilizers. We have 12 different types of bison sausage as well as steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground. Or stock up with a quarter or side. Black Forest Bison runs an all natural smokehouse and uses only the finest all-natural or organic ingredients to create naturally smoked products. At the 2005 National Bison Association Convention, we were thrilled to win the Grand Champion Jerky Award as judged by celebrity judge, Paul James of HGTV. In 2007, we won the Fiery Foods Challenge in Dallas with our Caliente Canyon Jerky. We are always adding to our lineup, so stop by and see us.
