Farming with an eye for detail and sustainability, clos pepe is a family-owned vineyard and winery that utilizes organic and biodynamic practices. In addition to wine grapes, they harvest a couple of tons of olives per year. The same crew is employed year-round, so the same hands prune, culture, tend and harvest both the vines and the olives.
