The secret to our cheese is our cows! Our select herd of Jersey/Guernsey cows are raised on the diverse grasses of the Catskill Mountains. Our signature La Belle Fromage artisanal fresh and aged cheese are handmade in our own micro dairy. Our heritage breed pigs are also raised at pasture.
