We are a small scale farm focusing on diverse vegetable production. With 2.5 acres of land on the West side of Grand Rapids, the Blandford Farm grows over 40 different vegetables and more than 200 different varieties of vegetables. We focus on growing healthy, nutrient-dense produce through sustainable agricultural practices. We believe organic practices improve the health of the soil, leading to healthier plants and ultimately a healthier ecosystem. In order to stay accountable to those who purchase our produce, we are certified by Certified Naturally Grown, and have a "Snail of Approval" from Slow Food of West Michigan. We also educate students and families about sustainable agriculture and plants and their structures through our farm-related programs.
