We are a URBAN Farm located within the city limits of Sheboygan, WI. 2013 is our first year as FRESH WATER FRUITS, llc. Our Goal: It is our over all goal to model after A Future Farm, an aquaponic greenhouse that utilizes both methane energy produced from an anaerobic digester utilizing a 1100 cow farm. The growing facility is a 27,000 square foot aquaponic and hydroponic system that produces all natural vegetables and Tilapia fish without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Capturing waste energy and solar energy is just the start of our future goals for Fresh Water Fruits. We want a location where we grow HYDROPONIC ORGANIC CHEMICAL FREE FOOD and people can LEARN about EATING RIGHT and living a HEALTHY life!
