Beesleys Best Raw Honey is hand extracted to preserve the natural enzymes that are so valuable to your health. Our bees are disturbed as little as possible during the honey harvesting to continue production and reduce stress on the colonies. We harvest several times throughout the summer to bring variety and unique flavor that is unmatched by pasteurized, store bought honey. Locally grown because it's produced by bees which are from the environment in which you live. It is always best to grow or consume foods from the area in which you live as they contain the immune stimulating properties needed for your body to adapt to its environment.
