Description
Earthly Delights Farm is a small-scale, urban farm in northwest Boise. We produce over 150 varieties of vegetables, fruits, herbs, seeds, and flowers, on just over 1 acre of land, and sell our produce primarily through a 40-member CSA and our seeds through the Snake River Seed Cooperative (www.snakeriverseeds.com). We choose not to certify organic for political and financial reasons, but we farm using, in Joel Salatin's words, Beyond Organic methods.
