We started with one little half Jersey calf in 1997, raised on a bottle in the back yard and now we sell 30 steers a year, all grass finished. We buy stocker calves from local farmers and put them on our own or rented pasture. Grass or hay only along with minerals until harvest at 16 to 24months old when we get them custom slaughtered and cryovac packed to the customer's specifications. Then we deliver to your door. We do not use routine antibiotics, synthetic hormones or shock sticks. I hand raise every animal and personally look to their welfare on a daily basis. You are welcome to make an appointment and come see our cattle and even pick the one you will be getting. Bill Dunlap
