The Edmundson Ranch is a working family ranch in southeastern Colorado that proudly offers customers exceptional quality grass-fed, grass-finished, all-natural beef. We raise our beef the natural way, without grains, antibiotics, growth hormones, steroids, chemical fertilizers, pesticides or animal by-product feeds. We take deposits year round, but do all of our processing in the late fall, while the cattle are in the best condition, coming off of the summer grasses. We sell wholes, halves and quarters directly to customers and deliver the live beef to the processor. We have delivery points along I-25, from Walsenburg to Denver and deliver on Saturdays through October and November. For 2017, our prices are: $3.80/Qtr., $3.75/Half & $3.65/Whole, based on the hanging weight. On our website you will find helpful pricing charts that will tell you exactly what you will get and exactly what you will pay. We also offer discounts for returning customers, military and for placing early deposits. We try to make it as easy as possible for you to get your beef from our pasture to your freezer. We will coordinate the processing and the pick up and delivery of your beef and walk you through the cut sheet.
