Blue Sage Farm is a small family farm in southern Idaho. We raise and milk polypay/east friesian sheep on our 80 acres of irrigated pastrue. Our sheep are moved daily to fresh pastures, lush with a varity of grasses and legumes. In the winter we deliver a high quality alfalfa hay to the sheep with a team of Belgian horses. We offer sheep's milk cheese and USDA inspected lamb and custom whole and half lambs by mail-order, on the farm. You can also find us at the Capital City Public Market in Boise and the Wood River Farmer's Markets in Ketchum and Hailey. Our rack-of-lamb is also featured at Vintage Restaurant in Ketchum, Idaho. Visitors are welcome by appointment.
