Welcome to Box M Ranch pasture raised beef grown in northeast Texas! This may seem backwards for a beef ranch but we focus on growing nutritious forage and soil management. Good forage makes flavorful, tender, grass-fed beef. Our cattle graze native grass, legume, fescue, common Bermuda and Bahia pastures year round. We offer several choices to fill your freezer, large or small. Customers may select 1/4, 1/2, or whole steer quantities or 20 to 60 lb packages. We are a growing business with a desire to provide healthy, flavorful beef from our ranch to your table. The beef is dry aged for 21 days and vacuum sealed, and labeled. We are here to help you with cuts and selecting an amount that will meet your families needs.
