We raise naturally produced beef. We are a small operation and have just a few to sell each year. We sell beef by the quarter and half. We are especially proud of the beef we raise. We have a herd of Black Angus beef cows and each year we select the very best and healthiest calves from our calf crop to keep and finish. These steers are never treated with antibiotics and never supplemented with any hormones. Our steers spend their days in large pastures with access to grass all their lives. They are finished by supplementing the grass with rolled corn purchased from our local mill. The beef is harvested at a USDA inspected facility located just a few miles from our home where it is aged and custom cut and wrapped to our customer's specifications.
