Description
We are a very small ranch producing natural grass-fed beef. Our focus is to produce grass-fed beef that is wonderfully tender and flavorful from happy animals fattened on rich grass and alfalfa and a few apples. We sell quarters and deliver once a year to Portland (in October). All beef is pre-sold. No filthy feedlot, no hormones, no antibiotics, no corn. No commercial fertilizer or pesticides.
