Retail beef operation from Angus and Angus crossed cattle. Dry-aged beef is sold in individual plastic sealed kryovac and processed at a local federally inspected processing plant. All of our animals are raised on our farm with quality control feed grown and stored on the farm. There are no added hormones and no antibiotics fed,injected nor implanted. They are free to roam the pastures and have free choice hay, haylage,grain and corn silage year round. Since the beef recalls that have affected several markets in our area, customers are looking for local, managed safe beef.
