Happy Goats make good milk, which we turn into exceptional cheese. We operate Oregon's first and only certified organic goat dairy- all milk comes from our herd of alpine and nubian goats. Our cheeses cover the whole range- we make Chevre, creamy and rich with a hint of tang, then there is our Goatzarella, our Camembert style cheese, Feta and Rio de Santiam. We have raw milk as well as pasteurized milk cheeses. Al of our cheeses are certified organic and produced in our farmstead grade A dairy.
