We are a small family farm looking to share with others the high quality, healthy, naturally grown beef, we ourselves enjoy at our dinner table. Our pasture raised beef is raised without hormones, antibiotics, implants, animal by- products, or crowded feedlot conditions. They are then finished on locally grown grains to ensure just the right marbling for the juicy, tender, flavorful eating experience you desire....Utmost attention is given to their individual needs, and we are now BQA Certified Our meat is processed in a USDA inspected family owned shop and never has anything added to it - no preservatives, no pink slime. Just 100% good-for-you beef. W e are located1 hour from Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and Rochester along the shores of beautiful Lake Ontario. The climate here makes for good lush pastures which in turn means good healthy animals! Our beef is available by the individual cut or halves and quarters..That means you can buy as little as 1 lb or a whole cow!
