Also available are eggs, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, and rabbits.. My AZ Department of Agriculture inspected packaged farm fresh lamb and goat are custom processed at a local slaughterhouse. Pay at the farm for the whole, live animal, and it is processed at the slaughterhouse and cut however you want it. We are currently not supplying any retailers. Do-It-Yourself slaughter facilities are available on site, and if you don't know how to do it, we can teach you how for a nominal fee. While you are here, grab a basket full of organic vegetables growing in our garden. Great pricing! We also offer a barbecue and picnic area, archery lessons, equestrian encounters, rocketry, kite flying, a scavenger hunt and much more in our EnviroFarm Experience programs. Groups can also use the venue for parties, weddings, flea markets, festivals, and youth activities.
