Healing From The Ground Up CSA is Alpine Californias one real local farm. We put a lot of care and intention into how we grow your vegetables. We do it the old fashion way, with hard work, lot's of compost and love. Our farm in Alpine has been putting together CSA shares for East County and the rest of San Diego for over 10 years. We offer a diverse variety of produce every week. You can be a part of the CSA by buying as little as 4 shares in advance. There is no commitment beyond that. We do not charge you a processing fee. Shares cost 28 dollars and they consist of 13-15 items that usually overflow a regular sized grocery bag. Most of the time, we send out a newsletter on the same day you pick up your share. That newsletter will have images, stories and sometimes video describing the contents of the share as well as ways to prepare the contents together.
