Description
We're a diverse farm offering vegetables, grass-fed beef, pastured chicken and turkey, shiitake mushrooms, cut flowers, honey, and maple syrup. All produce is grown organically and naturally, without the use of synthetic pesticides and herbicides. Our pastured meats are antibiotic, steroid, and hormone-free. We started Hollow Oak Farm because we wanted to grow healthy food for our family - food that we knew where it came from and how it was raised and we decided to extend what we brought to our own kitchen table to the kitchen tables of our community. We practice sustainable farming methods and strive to leave the land better than we found.
