Knapp Time Acres is a family owned and operated, small, local-market, organic and grass-based farm in Ulster Pennsylvania. Seeking a better environment to raise what would end up being a family of nine, in 1987 Carolyn and Edward Knapp moved from New York City (where they lived their whole life) and bought a old farm in Pennsylvania and every year they have been improving the farm. Wanting to grow clean food for their own family they also started selling products to people who wanted them.
