Delivery is available for an additional fee; contact us for details. 2021 Hickory Hurst Farm CSA Farm Card--We started our flexible-model-CSA in 2020 and will continue to offer it for 2021. CSA members purchase a Farm Card which they can spend like cash throughout the CSA season. Members select what they want, their own quantity (subject to availability), and which weeks they would like their CSA basket. We subtract your weekly selections from the Farm Card's balance. The CSA Farm Card never expires. ---In August, 2021, our farm joined nearly 500 farms across the USA that are certified organic with the Real Organic Project. This is in addition to us being certified organic by our regular certifier, NOFA-NY Certified Organic, LLC. This matters because the Real Organic Project strengthens our belief that organic certification is soil-based and excludes hydroponics. As of early August, we were the only farm in Chautauqua County, NY, to be a part of the Real Organic Project.--- Family-owned since 1908, Hickory Hurst Farm grows certified organic cut flowers, herbs, garlic, vegetables, berries--blueberries, gooseberries, lingonberries, raspberries, strawberries--and native perennials on about four acres of our 96 acre farm. Our organic herbs range from basil to lovage to thyme. We also grow edible flowers in season, such as anise-hyssop, borage, calendula, daylily, fennel, lavender, nasturtium, Viola, and assorted herb flowers. Organic veggies range from asparagus to zucchini, including our specialty greens, beans, and heirloom tomatoes and peppers. In addition, we sell raw honey from the farm's bee yard, and local maple syrup and brown eggs. Looking for local flowers? Then visit our Bouquet Bar in season to create your own floral arrangement. DIY brides and grooms select their DIY Bulk Blooms by the Bucket (available June-September). Our 2021 Bouquet Subscriptions are available monthly, six-week summer, six-week fall, or combined summer/fall 12 weeks. We also make bouquets for special events such as birthdays, parties, anniversaries, or corporate events. CSA ENROLLMENT--We will be posting 2022 enrollment updates by the end of October, 2021.
