Description

We are a small diverse vegetable operation. Our farm is very unique, sited on a property that also runs a sand and gravel operation and a wind farm, with 3 onsite turbines providing power to the farm and the surrounding county. We have a small aquaponics system apart from our fields. We are not certified organic, but like many farms our size regardless generally adhere to or surpass organic guidelines- organic pesticides and integrated pest management, crop rotation, cover cropping, organic fertilizers, regular compost application and so on. We mainly sell our product to restaurants, but in 2017 we are running our first CSA, and we also sell to wholesalers and a retailer, as well as a farmer's market. We are also doing an internship program.
