Fountain Prairie Farms is owned by John and Dorothy Priske. Just outside of Fall River Wisconsin, their 434 acre farm is home to the most beautiful cattle in the world. Fountain Prairie Farms' Highlands, a heritage breed, have been raised and handled in a humane manner and have been fed no hormones, anabolic steroids, sub therapeutic feed antibiotics or animal by-products. The meat, which is raised on grass and finished on grain, is dry-aged for 21 days.
