Harmony Hill Farm

Harmony Hill is a family farm located in rural Orange County, North Carolina. The Tate family has lived and worked this area for more than 200 years. Roger and his father transitioned from tobacco to hay and then grass fed beef several years ago. Harmony Hill has grown wonderful produce for the family's table for years and now the Tate family would love to share their local harvest with others through the start of a CSA. Our vegetables are grown using methods that are environmentally conscious. Through the use of organic inputs, crop rotation and integrated pest management we work to give back to the earth and soil as it gives us amazing produce! Our seed choices are heirloom whenever possible. We are still experimenting with the best varieties for our area while also discovering how best to support the individual growth needs of each vegetable and fruit! The Tate Farm also boards horses. We have trails for hiking and horseback riding pleasure and can often be found at Back Creek snapping pictures of the latest nature amazements once the day's work is complete!
