Gopher Knoll Farm Heirloom Garden and Apiary provides vegetables, berries, fruit, melons, microgreens, and local honey including comb honey for our local market. We use farming techniques comparable to or exceeding recognized organic standards to encourage healthy vegetables and naturally discourage pests and plant diseases. The farm is located in Athens, TX. We use certified organic, or non-gmo, open pollinated seed and starts. NO chemical fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides or herbicides are ever used. Our apiary is state registered and certified by the Real Texas Honey program. In addition to our CSA, you'll find our produce at Athens Farmer's Market,- downtown Athens on Hwy 19 N, every Saturday May thru October.
