We pride ourselves by growing and raising Non-GMO and heirloom produce without herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. Our livestock are raised without vaccines, antibiotics, steroids, or growth enhancers/hormones, Dearing Country Farms produces only fresh and natural products, grown using USDA organic program, Certified Naturally Grown and Humane/Animal Welfare standards as guides to our farming practices. We have raised from chicks, organically fed, cage-free, pastured laying hens that produce healthy, great tasting top quality eggs. We also raise our broiler chickens on pasture to produce great tasting meat. Our dairy goats give us great milk year round. We have beef from our own pastured, grass fed cattle, and you can buy specific cuts, or place an order for quarter, half or whole beefs. Through earth friendly and organic farming practices we grow and cultivate a wide variety of fruits, nuts, berries and vegetables in our large gardens. We sell from directly on the farm, at the Downtown Bloomington Farmers Market and through a variety of local grocery and specialty stores. *NEW* we have partnered with several fisheries, fishermen, and shrimpers in Florida to bring back to Illinois, fresh fish and shrimp from the Gulf.
