I am a 3rd generation farmer. I decided to do goats instead of dairy cows. My husband and I have a goat dairy business. We do rotational grazing and our goats get all the grass and hay they want. They are spoiled rotten and love attention. We are a seasonal dairy. We have a updated cheese room and a rotary (looks like a merry go round) to milk our goats. We have cheese year round. I have aged cheeses and fresh cheeses. I have wonderful fresh pasteurized milk when milking. My aged cheeses include colby, cheddar,smoked cheddar, smoked colby monterey jack, and hot pepper jack. I make true greek feta, chevre (chive, rosemary,thyme, garlic, basil, and plain). Stop in and see us. Samples are available and any questions answered. I also have a high tunnel and inthe process of growing herbs for sale. I have goat soap also. We are open Mon-Sat. 9am to 5 pm.
