Happy Heart Farm was the first CSA in Colorado. We are an urban farm, creating community on the west side of Fort Collins. Feast on a variety of fruits, vegetables and herbs throughout a 22 week growing season from May to November-ish. Produce ranges from salad greens and carrots to garlic, melons, peppers, radishes and much more. Farm tours and internships available, too. Winter Volunteer days are Thursdays from 1-4 pm.
