Description
Daring Drake Farm is a small family run fruit orchard with free-range duck eggs. We currently raise a diverse mixture of fruit including currants, gooseberries, red and black raspberries, blueberries, grapes, plums, peaches, quince, apples, pears, Hungarian cherries and other special fruit goodies. We are a NOFA-NY 'Farmer's Pledge Farm' . Our mixed flock of heritage ducks have complete access in the orchard to forage and play. Our end result, Blackduck Cidery uses traditional European cider apples as well as American heirlooms to craft wild fermented ciders and perry.
