Description
We are an owner operated organic caterer providing fresh goat milk, goat cheese and goat milk ice cream from our own goats. Our prepared food is Mediterranean cuisine contributing to a healthy low cholesterol diet. Our produce is locally sourced and certified organic and we do not process the food, we hand craft it to maintain is integrity and maximize the bioavailability of the nutrients. We use organic heirloom produce when available and do use woofers and other interns in our production.
