Description
Gozzard City is a small goose farm in Cabot, Vermont. We share acreage and resources with a handful of other businesses on the same property, including a vegetable farm and a catering company with a wood-fired pizza oven. Our geese are pastured, and are sold to restaurants and to consumers during the holiday season. In 2014, we will raise more than 300 birds, and have been awarded a Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Research & Education grant to study the best methods for feeding and fattening geese with ingredients grown on our near our farm.
