Heritage (primarily Galloway) beef breeds born and raised on farm. No growth hormones or antibiotics. 100% grass finished. Pasture finished on fresh grass for minimum 90 day period following overwintering on grass silage. Beef processed at small USDA inspected facility. Dry aged minimum of 14 days followed by vacuum packaging in heavy gage bags. Blast frozen. Product may be picked-up at farm or delivery can be scheduled to the Minneapolis/St Paul metro and I-94 corridor between there and St Cloud.
