The cattle on our farm are rotationally grazed to give them fresh grass every day. We use no hormones or antibiotics except rarely if prescribed by a veterinarian. Our cattle are treated humanely and raised sustainably. Sold by live weight plus processing. Enquire for current pricing. Pricing for 9-1-14 was $1.93/lb live weight plus processing for a whole beef. For a 1/4 (actually a split half) the total would have been $500 up to around $650 including processing, depending on weight. Reservations are taken first come, first served until sold out.
